These are companies and schools who took part, from the outset, in the "Battle of the Railway" carried out by the Lille TGV (high speed train) station association. This lobby was constituted in 1987 on the initiative of Pierre MAUROY, the Mayor of Lille, and united public establishments, local authorities and private companies and structures.
Following the metamorphosis of this association into a veritable network of towns, these companies expressed the wish to maintain their support for TGVilles-RAFHAEL.
Although RAFHAEL above all consists of local authorities, our private partners are highly valuable in facilitating contacts, exchanges of experience or partnerships according to objectives, and form a bridge between the private and public sectors.
