An assembly of 71 members representing the various economic activities within the Lille metropolis. 

Date of creation:
1957 (by a merger of the 3 Chamber of Commerce of Lille, Roubaix et Tourcoing)

- management of public installations (port, airport); 
- promotion of activity complexes; 
- advice for companies (creation, international development, modernisation); 
- professional training.

- All projects within its area of competence.

- to facilitate the impact of the lille urban area within the Euro-region; 
- to facilitate the development of a sense of belonging to the same Euro-region
- and to carry out this role by means of concrete action.
